Approach
Kineo (κινέω) comes from a Greek verb that means to move or to set in motion. That idea runs through everything we do– movement as something that shifts how you feel, how you stand, and how you move through your day.
We started this studio because so many movement spaces feel trend-driven and not focused enough on the quality of instruction. We wanted a place where you can show up exactly as you are and know you’ll be supported and guided.
Kineo is a teacher-owned space, which means real attention and real continuity. We teach Pilates as a system and we integrate complementary methods: segmental strengthening, ELDOA for joint health, myofascial stretching, yoga, and breath practices- giving you plenty of ways to explore and progress.
Classes are intentionally small. We want to see you, help you, and make sure things land where they should. You’ll get clear explanations, hands-on guidance when helpful, and a practice that grows with you at your own pace.
Team Kineo
All instructors at KINEO are chosen for their expertise and insight within their movement modality. Whether your aim is to get motivated and stay consistent in group classes, work towards a specific strength goal or to manage back pain or rehabilitate an injury, our group of trainers are here to help.

We are here
Kineo lives in Berlin-Friedenau inside the new Smyles Living complex, a short walk from S-Bahn Innsbrucker Platz and U9 Bundesplatz. Yes, there’s still some construction (welcome to Berlin) – but the studio is fully reachable via the side path next to Lidl. Look for the Kineo signage and follow the walkway in, we promise we're easy to find once you know where we are.
