Approach
Kineo (κινέω) comes from a Greek verb that means to move or initiate
We believe movement habits shape your life: how you feel, breathe, stand, and move through your day.
Kineo is a teacher-owned and operated neighborhood studio created as an alternative to aesthetics-driven movement spaces. Our focus is on deliberate instruction, variety and small, personal classes.
Rooted in Pilates as a system, our approach integrates strength training, yoga, ELDOA™ for joint health, breathwork and sound – creating a fun studio to meet your needs and support long-term progress.
We are open to all bodies, genders, ages and abilities from beginner to athlete.
Team
Teaching is a skill developed and perfected with experience not just a weekend seminar. That’s why we hire comprehensively-certified instructors. Our team is united by a shared commitment to thoughtful and science-based instruction, genuine connection to the body, and supporting movement as a form of everyday care.
