Mat Classes

Our mat offering is diverse: pilates in different styles and intensities, segmental strengthening, vinyasa yoga, myofascial stretch, sound sessions, breathwork and ELDOA™ for joint health.

Classes are open-level unless otherwise specified. Choose what sounds best for your body that day.

Equipment


Pilates on the equipment has a way of switching your whole system on- and it feels incredibly good. Using spring-based resistance, controlled movement, and precise alignment trains the entire body through supported ranges of motion.

Our studio carries Merrithew reformers and classical tower wall units from Universal Pilates and classical chairs, cadillac and barrels from Legacy Pilates.

Tower Classes

Our classical pilates tower units deliver powerful, full-body work with vertical spring resistance, combining strength, deep stretching, and gentle spinal decompression.

Reformer Classes

With only three people in the room, reformer sessions at Kineo are adapted to the people in the room, so you can work at a depth not possible in large studios.

Personal Training

Personal training at Kineo is the most individualized way to work. Sessions take place in our dedicated privates room.

Using the full Pilates system– including the reformer, cadillac, chairs and spine corrector– alongside complementary methods, we tailor each session to your goals. Whether you are managing chronic pain, cross-training for sport, or simply looking for focused attention, sessions are designed around what your body needs.
