Mat Classes

Our curated mat program gives you a real mix of ways to move. Pilates in different styles and intensities, vinyasa yoga, segmental strengthening, myofascial stretch, breathwork and ELDOA for joint and fascial release. Each class has its own feel, so you can choose what your body needs that day. Maybe you want something fiery, something grounding, something to help your posture, or something to calm and reset.

Equipment Classes

Pilates on the equipment has a way of switching your whole system on, and it feels unbelievably good.

Pilates equipment work delivers a unique combination of spring-based resistance, eccentric loading, and precise alignment that you simply can’t replicate elsewhere. Joseph Pilates’ original apparatus first developed in the 1920’s: the reformer, cadillac/tower, wunda chair, pedi-pole and more–  were designed to train the entire body through controlled ranges with variable tension, allowing both therapeutic adaptation and progressive overload.

This type of training builds Type II muscle fibers, improves neuromuscular coordination, enhances connective tissue strength, and challenges stabilizers in a way that directly impacts balance, posture, and athletic performance. If you want to fast-track your Pilates practice and feel the work land exactly where it should, our machine classes are the place to do it.

Tower Pilates

Our classical tower units deliver powerful, full-body work with vertical spring resistance, combining strength, deep stretching, and gentle spinal decompression. Small groups and hands-on guidance ensure you’ll improve form and build lasting strength.

Reformer Classes

With only three people in the room, reformer sessions at Kineo are precise, efficient, and tailored to your needs. We teach real Pilates on the reformer– not watered-down, fitness versions. Each session is adapted to the people in the room, so you can work at a depth that isn’t possible in larger classes and make real progress from session to session.

Personal Training

Personal training at Kineo is the most individualized way to work. Sessions take place in our dedicated privates& semi-privates room: It’s just you and your instructor in a setting where you can slow down, feel seen, and move at a pace that feels comfortable. Whether you want more accountability, privacy, or simply focused attention, one-on-one sessions let you choose your instructor, your method, and the goals you want to work toward.

We use the Pilates system working additionally on the cadillac, chairs, spine corrector and more- along with complementary methods. This allows us to tailor sessions for anything from managing chronic pain or navigating contraindications to cross-training for athletes and high performers. If helpful, we can also create a customized home program to support your progress between sessions.
